Obituary of Patricia Allen Newton

Patricia Allen Newton, 73, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones Tuesday April 30, 2019.

Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 11:00AM Friday May 3, 2019 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service Chapel in Kernersville, NC with Rev. Marti Hazelrigg officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00PM at Bethesda Cemetery, Aberdeen, NC.

Born in Webster, Massachusetts, Patricia was daughter of the late Rudolph William Allen and Cora Marie Garvin Allen. She then moved to Southern Pines, North Carolina where she met and was married to the late Charles Ray Newton for 37 years.

Survivors include her daughters, Martha Newton Carter Bowling and husband, Thaddeus of Key Largo, FL, and Charla Newton Clendon and husband, Alex of Summerfield, NC; grandchildren, Kalen and Gray Carter of Key Largo, FL, Logan, Reece , and Peyton Clendon of Summerfield, NC; and brother, Robert W. Allen of Louisa, KY.

The family will visit with friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday from 10:00AM to 11:00AM.
