Obituary of Nicholas Land Blaylock

Nicholas “Nick” L. Blaylock, 34, went to be with the Lord October 21, 2018.  The family wishes to honor Nick’s request to not have a service at this time.

Nick was born December 10, 1984 to Patty Dziabas Blaylock and Keith Blaylock in Oak Ridge, North Carolina.  

He was precede in death; by his paternal grandparents, Lena Blaylock and Tom Blaylock; maternal grandfather, George Dziabas; an uncle, Mike Blaylock.

Survivors include; parents, Patty and Keith Blaylock; sisters, Elizabeth Blaylock, and Brittany Blaylock; nieces, Alexis and Birdie; nephews, Nathaniel and William; and many extended family and friends.
