" I thought you would live forever, a KING among men, there are not enough words to express my gratitude for your friendship. You were the father I needed, when my father couldn't be. You were the mentor I needed, when I did not know how to trust in my own power. You taught me how to love myself so that I could teach others.. and I thank you.. I humbly thank you...

We feel so privileged to have known Frederick -- He exuded wisdom, higher Consciousness, and a love of people that connected him to so many -- and his friendship was special! We know there is no separation in Spirit, and Frederick is ever with us, even as he takes off on his next incredible Spiritual Adventure! We will miss him!

I first met Frederick at the Unity of Greensboro church. He had offered a men's workshop for the Unity men one weekend. I was very moved by Frederick and his workshop. At the end of the workshop, about 16 men were so inspired by Frederick's workshop that we did not want it to end so we formed a men's support group with Frederick as the leader. From there, Frederick began to introduce us to The Mankind Project and at least 6 of us went on to become initiated in the MKP. Our group became a I-Group following the structure of the MKP. I will forever be indebted to Frederick for the years that I spent in the MKP and the I-group that he lead. My life was better because of his presence in it. Aho Frederick.

Newtonville, MA 1968-69- Assume you and Audrey lived on my street. Your home was welcoming to all us HS and older loners. Especially, me,who started a new school senior year and felt so alone. You were there with words of encouragement- thank you for keeping my spirits up.

Frederick was and will always be one of the best person I have ever met, he was my dearest friend, I met him back in 2015 while working at Genesis Aviation, we became close and he always made time to talk to me, while I was still in Greensboro I used to pick him up once a week to go for a little and short walk in a park closed to where he was living, after I moved out of state we had our chats through phone, he was always so great and patience to me, thank you Frederick for your unique and inmense love, I love you and will always have you in my heart.
