Frances lived in Burlington for most of her adult life where she worked at Western Electric, now AT&T. She retired, and with her husband, moved to Morehead City in 1982. She loved to go out in the ocean fishing for Spanish Mackeral and Blues, along with flounder gigging and shrimp fishing.
She got her teachers license in Ceramics and won numerous Blue Ribbons for her artistry. She made Christmas ornaments, with her daughter Debbie, to present friends and family. Frances was an extremely talented individual and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
