Obituary of Gladys Neal Noah

Gladys Neal Noah, 73, of King, NC passed away peacefully Wednesday November 20, 2019.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held 11:00AM Saturday November 30, 2019 at White Oak Grove Church, 7531 Vance Road, Kernersville, NC 27284 with Reverend Herbert Mabe officiating. Inurnment will follow at Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC.

A native of Forsyth County, NC, Gladys was the wife of the late, William Lawton Noah, Jr. and the daughter of the late, Enie Neal and Lucy Mae Williams Neal. She was a retired seamstress from Adams Mills/Sara Lee in Kernersville, NC. Gladys loved her church, singing and baking for friends and family. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her daughters, Theresa Jefferys of Madison, NC, and Angie Mabe and husband E. W. of Lexington, NC; grandchildren, Justin Jefferys, Zack Jefferys, and Tabetha Mabe; great grandchildren, Raelynn Mabe, and Macy Mabe; and sister, Ollene Neal Woods and husband, Dennis of Walnut Cove, NC.

In addition to her husband and parents, Gladys was preceded in death by her brothers, Enie Junior Neal, Henry Donald Neal, and William Melvin Neal.
