Terry was for years quite the survivor. I remember sitting at the hospital many hours thinking it would be Terry’s last but he rebounded. He was like Timex. His heart just “kept on ticking.”
He was such a great guy that lived far longer than any of us who loved and respected him thought possible. But God last week said “enough is enough. It’s time to bring him home.” And that’s what he did.
Terry, a true friend is now comfortable and at peace with himself and with his creator. I’m just so sorry that Pat and I could not be with you but we were ourselves involved in the funeral of a family member in Charlotte. Please call on us if we can do anything to assist you during these difficult days.
My deepest condolences to Terry's family.
I grew up with Terry. His dad, Ernest, (we called him Tilley) for many years operated the "Store" for my grandfather at Beeson's Cross Roads. Terry and Sammy were always at the store, Lots of playtime over many years.
Terry was a terrific guy and the whole neighborhood loved Terry and his entire family
I recently lost my husband 3/18/20 after 53 years, so my special sympathy and prayers to Diane.
