Obituary of Holly Hunter Hill

Holly Hunter Hill, 73, of Greensboro passed away peacefully at home on May 10, 2021.

Holly was the daughter of the late Mr. Richard K. Hunter and Mrs. Marion W. Hunter. She also was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Lee Hunter.

Survivors include her husband Bruce L Taylor; daughters, Heather Hopson and Hagen Hill Fischer (Lance) of Charlotte; four grandchildren, Jessica Hopson, Hudson Fischer, Harrison Fischer and Holly Fischer; stepdaughter, Heather Smallwood and (Andy) and their children Tyler, Max and Addison.

Holly graduated from Grimsley High School and attended Wingate College and Guilford College studying music. She loved singing and playing all types of music.  She sung while attending high school, college and in the choir at Westminster Presbyterian Church. 

Through “Adoptees Together” she helped numerous people find their birth families. She was a past president of Triad Apartment Association, was a NC Licensed Real Estate Broker and certified in numerous real estate organizations. She also owned and operated multiple property management businesses, including Westridge Property Group. 

Throughout her career Holly gained lifelong friends that will miss her greatly. Holly was a loving person. She was always a friend to anyone in need. Holly will always be remembered for her kind heart, sarcasm, wit and her laugh. But most importantly she will be remembered for her love of being a mother. 

Graveside Services to celebrate her life will be held 1:00PM Friday May 14, 2021 at Westminster Gardens located at 3601 Whitehurst Road in Greensboro.
