My name isCarlein. I am a Bible teacher. I am sorry for your loss. A scripture that has given me much comfort is Revelation 21.4 which promises that one day death shall be no more. I hope this truth brings you comfort also.

Elaine showed so much love and kindness to all. Her warm smile and sweet hugs will be a part of my memory of her. She was so brave and had so much love, especially for her two boys and husband and for her friends. We will miss her.

Mrs. Aldrich was always so wonderful to all of her husband's basketball players. We all adored her and her welcoming smile. An incredible lady!

Earthly life certainly passes by much too quickly, yet the reward is God’s promise of eternal existence with Him for believing in His son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ... HALLELUJAH!!! And, there is no one that believed and knew this more, and clung tight to her faith through all her adversities, than Elaine.
I came into Elaine’s life at the tender young age of 3 after the death of my Father to cancer when her brother, Steve, married my Mother. I did not see Aunt Elaine much over the years, but whenever I did she always made me feel special and she never forgot my birthday or my children’s birthday with a thoughtful and beautiful card or kind note. What I remember most about Aunt Elaine is that she wanted everyone to know and serve her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and she desired, with all her loving heart, that everyone get along. What better legacy is there?!!!!!
Sending my sincerest condolences and love to Uncle Wes, Jim and Peter & families and also to Ken, Marlene and Tom & families and to all Aunt Elaine’s closest and dearest friends. May God replace each one of your tears with a happy thought and special memory of your dear beloved Elaine.
Until we meet again Aunt Elaine... love you!!!

Wes & Family,
It is with sadness and rejoicing that we tell you how much Elaine meant to us. She and I spent many Sunday mornings discussing things when she taught across the hall from the S.S. Office at Johnston Chapel. Her sweet smile and disposition made her one of my favorite people. We feel blessed to have known her. Never in doubt was her dedication to her Lord and her family. She loved all of you so very much. I will look for her in Heaven. Please accept our condolences on her loss to you. May you take comfort in knowing she is pain free.

Wes, Pete, and families...
Sue and I are so sad to hear of Elaine’s passing. She was so outgoing, friendly, and a strong Christian. Even though we’ve lost touch these last number of years, we so much value our friendship we’ve had since the late 70’s. Praying for His peace and comfort for all of you during this time.

She was one of the nicest people I ever meet. What she, Wes, and the rest of the family did for me and my parents can't be put into words. They were, and still are, some of the best friends I've ever had. God bless the entire family.

Wes, Jim, Pete and Family,
I count it an honor to have gotten to know Elaine through the FCC Senior Class! She was such a dear friend and I will miss her so much! However, I know that she will be waiting to greet us all when we walk through those pearly gates of Heaven just like she did here on Earth!
I want you to know how proud she was of her family. She would send me pictures of her precious ones - great grandchildren, grandchildren and children via email. You were a blessing to her! Hang on to those wonderful memories during this time.......
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you,
Jeannie Walls
